Shipping Information
We can ship all our products worldwide, and can have many of our products built to work with 115VAC and 230VAC mains power.
If for some reason the shipping does not calculate properly, please send an e-mail so we can invoice the proper amount.
Warranty Information
All our products come with a 5 year limited parts and labor warranty and all our tubes come with a 3 month warranty to the original owner only.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the workmanship we put into our products, so they all come with a 30 day in-home satisfaction guarantee so you can try our products in your own home with your equipment.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
